Chongqing New-Artery Auto Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd, established in 2007, is an export-oriented joint-stock enterprise which is specialized in producing aluminum alloy products of all types of automobiles, motorcycles, general machinery cylinder. Our company integrates product design, development, manufacture and sales together. Our company is located in Yuzhong District Muer town, an area of 6666 square meters, building area of 4,000 square meters, with total assets of 20 million yuan.

 

 Our company now has casting and die-casting production system and there are various types of die-casting machines, such as CNC machine tools, drilling reaming machine tools, imported horizontal honing machines and other high precise advanced equipment in machining centers. And we have had the capacity of an annual output of 100 million units of various types of cylinder body and other aluminum alloy products. Our company has 120 employees, 15 technicians and we hire the senior technical staff within the industry as a cadre in the management and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in technology. Our products use CAD, CAPP design, strictly according to ISO9001: 2000 quality system operation. Our products export to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and other countries and regions, in addition to support with major domestic OEMs, some products have been installed with some foreign companies.

 

       June 2010, the company invested in a new production base to form Sichuan New-Artery Auto Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd. in Linshui, Sichuan Province. The company is also speciallized in producing aluminum alloy products of all types of automobiles, motorcycles, general machinery cylinder. The proposed total investment is 86 million, with area of 66667 square meters, building area of 40,000 square meters, and registered capital of 500 million. The project will be completed in three years, and realize output value of 300 million yuan. And the project construction area of the first period is 10,000 square meters, will be completed on March 25, 2011. It will achieve mass production by May 25, 2011.
